UKCAT Bursaries


Emedica and UKCATPrep.com are committed to widening access to Medicine and Dentistry. We offer an unlimited number of bursaries each year to any student that receives a UKCAT Consortium bursary.

We do not limit the number of bursaries as we wish to help as many students as possible.

The following UKCAT test fees apply in 2017:

Official letter confirming award (usually from school/college) for academic year 2016/17 or 2017/18.

 

Educational Maintenance Allowance 

Government agency award letter issued for academic year 2016/17 or 2017/18

Free School Meals

A letter from your school/college confirming you receive free school meals.

Full Maintenance Grant /

Special Support Grant

Student Finance Award letter for academic year 2016/17 or 2017/18 including reference to the maintenance or special support grant element and not only tuition fee or maintenance loans.  

Child Tax Credit

Tax Credit Award Notice for 2016/17 or 2017/18 which must include the pages showing total household income (less than 35k) and the section where the candidate is named.  Both sections must be supplied

Job Seeker's Allowance

Employment & Support Allowance

Award letter from the UK Jobcentre Plus – dated 2017

Universal Credit

Universal Credit Award Notice for 2016/17 or 2017/18 - The full letter must be supplied

EU means tested benefits

Award letter from a relevant government agency plus a translation into English – both dated 2017

Asylum Support

Asylum Support award letter - dated 2017
